The sister property Hotel Flora’s fitness center - Technogym  provides all our guests

with  the opportunity to work out by themselves or with the assistance of a personal trainer

in this ultra-modern gym.

It is  equipped with a wide range of fitness machines like motorised treadmill (Cardio), the exercise bike for cardiovascular training, the Kinesis Personal to develop your motor skills, free weights

and The Unica, a multi gym bench and the most complete piece of wellness equipment for the muscle development. The centre also houses the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, an exercise modality based

on Gyrokinesis® that guides users to simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons

while also articulating and mobilizing the joints*.
